Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 26.04.202 in connection with Tangi P.S. Case No.207 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.213 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned NGNcum-J.M.F.C., Tangi for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 395/419/465/466/467/471 of IPC. 4.
It is alleged that the petitioner along some other persons committed theft of D.I. Pipes and were caught red handed. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a local person and there is no chance of absconding from trial. The D.I. Pipes have been recovered and investigation appears to have progressed substantially.

Having regard to the above facts and the materials on record, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the Court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case
without fail. Further he shall appear before the IIC of Tangi P.S. on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. for a period of six months and such fact shall be certified by the IIC to the concerned Court once in a month.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
