Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

This writ petition involves the following prayer: "The petitioner, therefore, prays that this Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to issue rule Nisi directing the opposite parties to renew the registration certificate of petitioner under Annexure-3 with immediate effect on the basis of the order dated 16.05.2022 passed in W.P.(C).No.4276 of 2022 (Benudhar Roul-vrs- State of Odisha & Others) of this Hon'ble Court. And/or pass any other order/orders of direction/directions so as to give complete relief to the petitioner;

And for this act of kindness the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

Taking this Court to the disposal order in W.P.(C).No,.4276 of 2022, Mr.Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner attempted to draw the direction therein also to the case of the petitioner. There is suo motu appearance on behalf of opposite party no.2 by Mr.K.C.Swain along with Rajani Ch,Mohanty, learned Senior Counsel. For no dispute on the request of the petitioner involving pending request of the petitioner for renewal of registration certificate and for the recording of the clear statement of learned counsel

// 2 // appearing for the opposite party no.2, this Court directs the opposite party nos.2 and 3 to renew the registration certificate of the petitioner pending at their end by completing the entire exercise within a period of seven days from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation and direction made hereinabove.
