Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2022 in connection with Balliguda Excise P.R. No.09 of 2022-23 corresponding to 2(a)CC No.09 of 2022 of the Court of learned Special Judge-cumAddl. District and Sessions Judge, Balliguda for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 21(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, 1985.

Considering the submissions, materials on record and the fact that the seized contraband is less than commercial quantity, being 10 Kg of ganja, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail. 5.
BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
