Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State as well as learned Counsel for the Informant. 3.
Considering the submissions and on going through the nature Order No.
of accusations;
further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Sundargarh Town P.S. Case No.61 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No.276 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Sundargarh, within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court with further conditions that the Petitioner will appear before the concerned Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation; and will not tamper the evidence in any manner.
Violation of any of the condition(s) shall entail cancellation of bail 4.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
