The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the acceptance of nomination of Opposite Party No.6, namely, Manjulata Sethy, in the ensuing Co-operative Society Election in respect of Bhapur Service Co-operative Society Ltd., Bhapur, Dhenkanal.

Since the Petitioner has statutory remedy to raise the issue by filing a properly constituted election dispute under the provisions of the Co-operative Societies Act, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may file a properly constituted election dispute in accordance with law.
