Government Advocate submits that in the meantime Laxmisagar P.S. Case No. 248 dated 3.7.2022 has already been registered in connection with complaint under Annexure-1, Mr.Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in this case. 3.

Accordingly, the CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.
