Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioners have approached this Court with the following prayer:
"In the light of the aforesaid facts and circumstances this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to admit the writ application, and notice rule NISI to the Opp. Parties calling upon them to show cause as to why the names of the Petitioners have not been included in the final voter list and if the Opp. Parties fail to show cause, be pleased to direct the Opp. Parties in particular the Opp. Party No. 4 to verify the register maintained by the Jadupur PACS and after due verification include the names of the present Petitioners in the voter list in order to enable them to vote in the upcoming election of the Society;
And he further pleased to pass any other order(s)/Direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court think fit and proper;"

In course of hearing it is brought to notice of this Court that ventilating such grievance, the petitioners have submitted their representation addressed to the State Co-operative Election Commission, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (opposite party no.3) on 02.06.2022, but the same is yet to be considered.

Having regard to the fact that the election is scheduled to be held on 19th June, 2022, the writ petition is disposed of directing the State Co-operative Election Commissioner, Odisha, Bhubaneswar to consider and dispose of representation said to be pending before him by 18th June, 2022. 6.
The State Co-operative Election Commissioner, Odisha, Bhubaneswar shall act upon a soft copy of this order as uploaded in the Court's website to be produced by the petitioners.
