3. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to direct the opposite parties to accept her request letter dated 19.05.2022 made for withdrawal of forgoing letter of promotion order to the post of Prof. Physiology at Govt. Medical & Hospital, Keonjhar dated 08.04.2022 under Annexure-22.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was initially appointed as a lady Asst. Surgeon in Koraput on 30.09.1991 and after completion of her Post Graduate in Physiology was posted as Lecturer in Physiology at SCB Medical College & Hospital, Cuttack in the year 2003. Thereafter she was promoted to the post of Associate Professor in the year 2006 and by virtue of order dated 19.02.2011 of the

// 2 // Government, Health and Family Welfare Department, was transferred to VIMSAR, Burla.

5. It is pertinent to mention here that the petitioner while continuing in that place she suffered from PID and CVI Grade-III for which she was advised not to move frequently and also was advised not to travel by Bus or any other vehicle. Her husband who was also suffering from severe diseases and nobody was there to look after him. Hence, she made a representation to the Addl. Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Department i.e. on 28.03.2011 and the Commissionercum-Secretary to Government , Health & Family Welfare Department requesting them to transfer her from VIMSAR Burla to SCB Medical College, Cuttack under Annexure-23.

3. In view of the above submission, learned counsel for the O.P. No.1/Addl. Chief Secretary, Health & Family Welfare, Department shall consider the representation of the present petitioner in accordance with law and pass a reasoned order not later than 20th of July, 2022.

4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
