This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that four witnesses have been examined so far in the trial. She further submits that P.W.1 is the mother of the deceased and P.W.2 is the wife of the deceased. In their depositions, it has been stated that they have not stated about the petitioner's involvement and they turned hostile. In such view of the matter, earned counsel for the Petitioner prays to release of the Petitioner on bail.

However, considering the seriousness and gravity of the allegation, this Court directs the learned court in seisin over the matter to make an endeavour to conclude the trial within a period of three months from the date of communication of the order, failing which the Petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh bail application and in the event such an application for bail is filed, the same shall be considered taking
// 2 // into consideration the depositions available till that date and pass a reasoned order.

The BLAPL is disposed of with the aforesaid observation. 5.
