Undisputedly there is statutory remedy of revision available involving the order at Annexre-5. Consequently, the writ petition is not entertainable. In the event the petitioner files revision within a period of two weeks hence along with an application for condonation of delay, in case of delay in filing the revision, the delay shall be condoned and the revision shall be decided on its own merit. It is open to the petitioner to raise all such grounds raised herein for consideration of the revisional authority.
