RPFAM NO. 83 OF 2011 Babuli @ Babula Pradhan Petitioner Mr. M.M. Swain, Advocate -versusSwarnalata Pradhan ....
Opp. Party
CORAM:
JUSTICE K.R. MOHAPATRA
ORDER
Order No.
04.07.2022
01. 1.
This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2.
This RPFAM has been filed assailing the judgment and order dated 18th February, 2011 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Puri in Criminal Proceeding No.47 of 2010. 3.
On perusal of the order sheet, it appears that after filing of RPFAM on 11th August, 2011, no step has been taken to get the matter listed to consider the question of limitation in filing the RPFAM. Today, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for an adjournment.
4.
In view of the fact that more than eleven years have already elapsed in the meantime and no step has been taken to get the matter listed for consideration of the question of limitation in filing the RPFAM, I am not inclined to grant the prayer made by learned counsel for the Petitioner.
5.
Accordingly, the RPFAM is dismissed for nonprosecution. (K.R. Mohapatra) bks Judge
