Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Mohapatra, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State. 2.
Learned counsel for the State submits that the investigation has already been completed and in the meantime, final report was submitted by the local P.S. and therefore, there is nothing left for the Court to pass orders on the alleged compromise between the parties. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the State, CRLMC stands disposed of as no further direction is needed in the present case.
