This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner to quash the FIR in connection with Keonjhar Sadar P.S. Case No.386 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1556 of 2021 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Keonjhar on the ground of compromise made between the parties.

Considered the facts and the submissions made and in view of the decision of the apex Court in the case of Narinder Singh and others v. State of Punjab and another, reported in (2014) 6 SCC 466, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR on the ground of compromise made between the parties. 5.
However, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is not on bail. If that be so, in the event the
// 2 // Petitioner makes a motion for bail in the aforesaid case within six weeks hence, the court in seisin over the matter shall dispose of the same on the same day taking note of the submission that in the meanwhile the compromise has been made between the parties in proper perspective.

With the aforesaid order, this CRLMC stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
