This Contempt Petition involves non-compliance of the order of the Court dated 17.02.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.2849 of 2021.

Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the Opposite Partycontemnor submitted that basing on the direction of this Court finding both the Petitioner as well as the Opposite Party involved in W.P.(C) No.2849 of 2021 as encroachers, there is already initiation of Encroachment Proceedings vide E.C. No.542 of 2021 and E.C. No.4-550-2020-21 and the authority is attempting to take up both encroachment cases as both the cases involve both sides as encroachers. It is also submitted that for the pandemic situation no progress could be seen in such proceedings and in the meantime the eviction process is already started.

Considering the above submission and keeping in view the statement made by Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the Opposite

// 2 // Party-contemnor that the eviction process will be concluded in the month of February, 2022, this Court directs the contemnor to take all possible steps to conclude both the proceedings within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner, but also involving all the parties concerned.
