This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.600 of 2022, pending on the files of learned J.M.F.C(City), Cuttack, arising out of Badambadi P.S. Case No.130 of 2022, under Sections 419/420/34 of IPC and is in custody since 17.05.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge (Vigilance) Cuttack, by order dated 07.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and the period of custody being from 17.05.2022, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Additionally, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station once in every week till the submission of the final form.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
