Heard the submission of Mr. Nanda learned counsel for the Petitioner.

This Writ Petition is pending since 2007 involving the challenge to the orders at Annexures-1, 4 and 5. Even though 15 years have passed in the meantime and in the meantime the matter already involved a CMAPL, there is no filing of certified copy of either of the impugned order for which the Writ Petition is not entertainable.
