Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that being aggrieved by the appointment of Subhadra Banua (O.P.No.5) as Anganwadi Worker of Kansariguda Anganwadi Centre, this writ petition has been filed.

Admittedly the legality of the impugned selection can be assailed by filing an appeal before the ADM, Nabarangpur. 5.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal within a period of two weeks hence. If such an appeal is filed within time stipulated, the appellate authority shall do well to dispose of the same within a period of six weeks thereafter, after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
