This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 3.
The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.31 of 2022, pending on the files of learned Additional District & Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Kendrapara, arising out of Talchua Marine P.S. Case No.38 of 2022, under Sections 376(2) of IPC read with Section 4 of the POCSO Act and is in custody since 09.05.2022. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Kendrapara, by order dated 26.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.
Perused the 164 statement of the victim.

Considering the tenor of the same and taking into account that the charge sheet has already been filed in the meanwhile, this
Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 7.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
