1. The Petitioner has come to this Court aggrieved by an order dated 5th December 2015 passed by the JMFC, Chandikhol in ICC Case No.580 of 2015 declining the Petitioner's application under Section 205 Cr.P.C. As a result, NBW has been issued against the Petitioner. On 18th January 2016, this Court stayed the NBW and that stay has continued since.

2. In the circumstances, while setting aside the impugned order and quashing the NBW issued against the Petitioner, it is directed that the Petitioner will appear before the JMFC, Chandikhol in the aforementioned ICC Case No.580 of 2015 on 2nd November, 2022. The case would thereafter proceed in accordance with law.

3. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms. A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned trial court forthwith.
