This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail.

The petitioner seeking pre-arrest bail in connection C.T. Case No.1903 of 2022, arising out of Badagada P.S. Case No.105 of 2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar for commission of offence punishable under Sections 143/341/323/307/395/149/ 353/332/294 of I.P.C.

Considering the nature of allegations and taking into account that even though, FIR was lodged by the I.I.C. Badagada, P.S., and he has not been named in the FIR. It is submitted that on account of political consideration the petitioner has been arrayed as an accused. 6.

Taking note of the recitals in the FIR, this Court directs that on

// 2 // surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 7.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
