This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in S.T. Case No.03 of 2021, on the files of learned Sessions Judge, Nuapada, arising out of Beltukuri P.S. Case No.51 of 2020, under Section 302/120-B/201 of I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned District & Sessions Judge, Nuapada, by order dated 11.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Since trial has already commenced, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage.

It shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer if trial is not concluded within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of certified copy of this order. 7.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
