On the basis of Office Note dated 16.07.2022, this matter is taken up today.

It appears in para-5 of the order dated 27.06.2022 (starting from 6th line) that direction was given to the Superintendent of Police, Koraput (Opposite Party No.3). However, Superintendent of Police, Koraput is arrayed as Opposite Party No.4 in the present case. 3.

In such view of the matter, the aforesaid order stands modified to the extent that Superintendent of Police, Koraput be corrected and read as Opposite Party No.4 instead of Opposite Party No.3.
