The Petitioners in this writ petition assail the non-inclusion of the name of the Petitioners in the final voter list prepared for the election to Kalipoi Service Co-operative Society Ltd., Kalipoi. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Ray, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that he wants to withdraw the writ petition to pursue the matter before the State Co-operative Election Commissioner.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
