Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

Petitioner's bail application was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 26.04.2021 passed by this Court in BLAPL No.2527 of 2021.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, I find no change in circumstance to take a different view than what was taken earlier. The bail application stands rejected. It is open to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after examination of the victim.

Accordingly the BLAPL is rejected.
