This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Mr.P.Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application may be disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Court to dispose of the case within six months by conducting the trial expeditiously.

Mr.P.K.Patnaik, learned Addl. Government Advocate raises no objection to such prayer of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and prayer, this Court without adverting to the merits of the case disposes of the BLAPL requesting the learned trial Court to proceed with the trial of the case as expeditiously as possible and the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after examination of material witnesses. 5.

The BLAPL is disposed of.
