This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in S.T. Case No.36 of 2022 arising out of G.R. Case No.319 of 2021, on the files of learned J.M.F.C., Sorada, corresponding to Sorada P.S. Case No.200 of 2021, under Section 302/201/34 of I.P.C. read with Section 25(1a)/27 of Arms Act and is in custody since 26.06.2021. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhanjanagar, Ganjam by order dated 12.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Considering the genesis of the occurrence and taking into account that the charge sheet has already been submitted and the petitioner is a lady with two minor children and the only basis of

implication being extra judicial confession, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail, on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
