Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the Opposite Parties. 3.

Alleging irregularities in the matter of selection of Anganwadi Worker of Jabalpur Anganwadi Centre of Dhalapur Gram Panchayat under the administrative control of C.D.P.O., Harabhanga. The present writ petition has been filed. 4.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, on a bare perusal of Annexure-6, list of candidates for selection was held on 30.04.2021 (Annexure-6), it can be seen that, though the petitioner secured the highest mark but her candidature has been rejected on the erroneous ground of nonsubmission of Residence Certificate.

Since the grievance of the petitioner can be redressed by the Appellate Authority as per the Guidelines governing the field, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to prefer an appeal to the A.D.M, Boudh (Opposite Party No. 3) within a period of two weeks hence. On filing of such appeal, the authority shall dispose of the same within a period of six weeks after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the effected persons.

To facilitate such disposal, the petitioner undertakes to file a copy of the writ petition along with a copy this order. 7.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. 8.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
