1. Learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to urge all the pleas available to the Petitioner in accordance with law at the appropriate stage in the trial Court.

2. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdraw with the liberty as prayed for. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated. A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned Subordinate Court forthwith.
