This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the records.

This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioners that no offence under Section 307 I.P.C. is made against the present Petitioners, who are admittedly the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the Informant. It is further submitted that the principal accused person is the husband, who has been released on bail by this Court. 5.
Considering the submissions made and keeping in view the nature of offences alleged against the Petitioners, this Court directs that in the event of arrest of the Petitioners in Jeypore Mahila P.S. Case No.02 of 2020, corresponding to G.R. Case No.27 of 2020, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jeyproe, they shall be
// 2 // released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer may deem just and proper. 6.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
