This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This is an application for of modification of order dated 19.09.2022 pass in ABLAPL No.6995 of 2022.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that although the order is of 19.10.2022, but in the order sheet it has been reflected as 19.09.2022.

Accordingly, the same be corrected and correct date be reflected.

Further in 4th line of Paragraph-4 of the order dated 19.09.2022 Petitioner No.5 be reflected in place of '4' in number and in the next line name of Smt. Basanti Behera @ Annapurna Behera be reflected in place of Jayakrushna Behera. The same correction be made in Paragraph-5 of the order 7.

In such view of the matter, four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioners to surrender as per order dated 19.09.2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five

// 2 // hundred) by the Petitioners in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit. 8.

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
