1. Heard Mr. M. Padhy, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Mr. B. Panigrahi, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party.
2. The Petitioner has prayed for extension of the period of his interim bail on the ground of illness of his mother.
3. After hearing Mr. B. Panigrahi, learned A.S.C. for the StateOpposite Party and considering the submissions made that the mother of the Petitioner is ill and she needs attendance of the Petitioner regarding her treatment, the period of interim bail is extended till 17th October, 2022.
4. The Petitioner shall surrender in the trial court on or before 17th October, 2022, failing which learned trial court shall take appropriate steps including issuance of NBW of arrest to apprehend him.
5. The I.A. is disposed of.
6. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
