This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.417 of 2022, pending on the files of learned S.D.J.M. Padampur, arising out of Padampur P.S. Case No.99 of 2022, under Sections 385/354/292/506 of IPC along with Section 67 of I.T. Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Padampur, by order dated 03.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Since the investigation is continuing, this Court is not inclined to consider this Bail application at this stage. 6.
It shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer after conclusion of the investigation.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
