This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. H.M. Dhal, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State of Odisha and Mr. R.C. Mohanty, learned counsel for opposite party nos.2 and 3.

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner Ullas Kumar Sahoo with a prayer to direct the

// 2 // opposite party no.1- the Addl. Chief Secretary to Govt., Health & Family Welfare Department, Odisha, Bhubaneswar to dispose of his representation dated 20.02.2022 under Annexure-8.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said representation has not yet been considered and the concerned authority may be directed to consider the same within a stipulated period after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the prayer made in the writ petition regarding disposal of representation.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties and in view of the limited nature of grievance of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the opposite party no.1 the Addl. Chief Secretary to Govt., Health & Family Welfare Department, Odisha, Bhubaneswar to consider the representation dated 20.02.2022 of the petitioner under Annexure-8 and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

The opposite party no.1 shall act upon the certified copy of the order produced before him with
