The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the acceptance of nomination of Sri Khageswar Baral-Opposite Party No.6 in respect of election to the Tillo Service CoOperative Society Ltd. in the district of Bhadrak. 3.

Since the Petitioner has a statutory remedy of filing of an election dispute under the Odisha Co-operative Society Act, 1962 for redressal of his grievance, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

It is, however, observed that the Petitioner, if so advised, may file a properly constituted election dispute before the Cooperative Tribunal in accordance with law for redressal of the grievances, as aforesaid.
