1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the founder of Upendranath College, Nalagaja, Mayurbhanj. He has approached this Court seeking a direction to the Opposite Party No. 2-Additonal Secretary, Higher Education, Bhubaneswar to approve the post of principal in-charge of the said college as per the proposal submitted by the outgoing principal of the said college and the said proposal of the Principal duly countersigned by the Sub-Collector-cum-President of the Governing Body of the college. He further submits that it has been recommended by the principal vide letter dated

// 2 // 06.04.2022 to Additional Secretary to Government, Department of Higher Education which is pending before the said authority.

4. In view of the above facts, the authority concerned is directed to consider the letter dated 06.04.2022 send by the outgoing member of the College within a period of one month from the date of submission of a copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Petition.
