In modifying his prayer, learned counsel for the Petitioners made a request for issuing necessary direction for admission of the R.P. Case No.372 of 2021.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioners, this Court directs, in the event the Petitioners file a memo for early admission of the R.P. Case No.372 of 2021 before the Commissioner, Land Records & Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack within a period of seven days hence, the same shall be entertained and necessary steps shall be undertaken forthwith for admission of the R.P. Case No.372 of 2021. This order is, however, subject to a condition that there is no major defects in R.P. Case No.372 of 2021. 3.
