The Petitioner in this RPFAM seeks to assail the order dated 2nd August, 2011 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in Criminal Petition No.308 of 2010.

On perusal of the order sheet, it appears that after the interim order dated 24th April, 2012 was passed in Misc. Case No.54 of 2012, the matter was adjourned on different dates. Today, none appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. 4.

In view of the above, this Court feels that the Petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter.
