This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 8th December, 2021 passed by the learned Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Nayagarh in T.R. Case No.32 of 2022 wherein N.B.W.(A) has been issued against him.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the State-Opposite Party. 4.

It appears that the Petitioner has not apprehended during the course of investigation and in the meanwhile, charge sheet has been filed showing him as an absconder and also

// 2 // N.B.W.(A) has been issued against him vide aforesaid order. As such, the Petitioner has come to this Court challenging the same.

Considering the facts and submissions made, especially the fact that the Petitioner has been indicted in a case under Section 20(b)(ii)(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act, the prayer made by the petitioner is devoid of merit.

Accordingly, the CRLMC stands dismissed.
