This is the successive journey of this Appellant who is in custody in connection with Ambabhona P.S. Case No.144 of 2016 corresponding to C.T. Case No.16 of 2017 pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Bargarh in filing this Appeal under Section 14(A) of the SC & ST (PA) Act. 3.

Heard Mr.Routray, learned counsel for the Appellant and Mr.D.R. Parida, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the Respondent No.1. None appears for the Respondent No. 2 despite opportunity.

Keeping in view the submissions made, the record being perused; it is seen that the Appellant's last move before the Trial Court, for his release on bail had been rejected on 05.12.2019. In

// 2 // view of lapse of more than two and half years by now and with all the developments having taken place, this Appeal stands disposed of granting liberty to the Appellant to renew his prayer for bail before the Trial Court citing all such developments for their consideration in proper perspective and disposal in accordance with law. 5.

The CRLA is accordingly disposed of.
