Rajib Samal v. State Of Odisha
IN THE HIGH COURT OF ORISSA AT CUTTACK
CRLMC No.1590 of 2022 Rajib Samal ....
Petitioner -versusState of Odisha ....
Opposite Party CORAM: JUSTICE S. PUJAHARI Order No.
ORDER
06.07.2022 01.
1.
This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2.
Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the State-Opposite Party. 3.
This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 14th December, 2017 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Angul in C.T(Sess.) Case No.129 of 2014 wherein N.B.W.(A) has been issued against him.
4.
It appears that the case is of the year 2012 and Petitioner was granted pre-arrest bail, but subsequently on
// 2 // default in appearance, the case is lingering, though it is a case triable by sessions procedure.
5.
Hence, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.
6.
Accordingly, the CRLMC stands dismissed.
