shall be examined by the Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Department of Rural Works Development (Opposite Party No.1) and after issuing notice to the Petitioner and giving him a hearing, the Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Department of Rural Works Development (Opposite Party No.1) shall pass a reasoned order thereon not later than 7th March, 2023 and a copy of such order shall be made available to the petitioner within a week thereafter. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.
