As it appears, the petitioner has not complied with the orders dated 07.07.2015, 28.07.2015 and 21.08.2015 till date, so far as removal of defects is concerned. Thereby, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, Mr. P.K. Barik, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 3.
