This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the records.

The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahakalpara P.S. Case No.102 of 2020, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1159 of 2020, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara, for the alleged commission of offences under Sections Section 394 of I.P.C., read with Section 25 of the Arms Act. 4.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the Petitioner, this Court grants liberty to the Petitioner to surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara. In such event, learned court below shall consider the application for bail and in case of rejection, the court in seisin of the matter shall disposed of the same on the same day on the basis of the materials available on record.

Case Diary be made available to the concerned court. Records be transmitted to the Higher Forum at the cost of the Petitioner, if applied for.
