1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 1.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 28.04.2022 whereby she has been transferred to Sub-Divisional Hospital at Pallhara in the district of Angul.
4. It is submitted that the petitioner is working as Health worker (Female) at CHC, Barapada in the district of Bhadrak and because of several problems faced by her, she has submitted representation to the appropriate authority for transferring her anywhere in Bhadrak district instead of Angul. As it appears, the said representation is yet to be disposed of.
5. Considering the above facts, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to opposite party No.2 to consider and dispose of the said representation within a period of two weeks from today.
Till such time, the petitioner shall not be relieved from her present post, if not already relieved.
6. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
