This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for extension of time. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to illness of the petitioner, the petitioners could not contact with the conducting counsel. Hence, the present I.A. has been filed for extension of time to surrender.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner can avail the benefit of the bail order dated 18.07.2022, if he surrenders before the learned court below on or before 29th of August, 2022 as last chance. 6.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
