None appears for the Appellant when the matter is called. This was also the situation on the earlier occasion. M/S P.Naidu who had entered appearance on behalf of the sole Respondent being present in VC mode submits that in the meantime, the Respondent has died. She further submits that as per the information received, the Appellant is also dead. 3.
