This CMP has been filed assailing the order dated 22nd April, 2022 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Senior Civil Judge, Jajpur in C.M.A. No.49 of 2021 (arising out of C.S. No.12 of 2021), whereby an application filed by the Petitioners under Section 151 C.P.C. seeking a direction to complete the half constructed house, was dismissed. 3.

In course of haring, Mr. Sarangi, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of the CMP stating that interest of justice will be best served, if the Petitioners file an appeal assailing the order of status quo passed in I.A. No.401 of 2021.

In view of such submission, this CMP is disposed of as withdrawn.
