This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on last two dates on 02.05.2017 and 12.04.2018. The Petitioner by way of this application has sought to quash the order of N.B.W. passed on 13.09.2016 in G.R. Case No. 12 of 2015 of the Court of J.M.F.C., Rampur.

In view of such development, it pre-supposes that the Petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. 4.

Hence, this CRLMC is dismissed.
