1. The writ petition is restored by virtue of an order passed today in CMAPL No. 638 of 2022.
2. The grievance of the Petitioners is that their objection to the public notice regarding issuing an ON Shop license in favour of Opposite Party No.4 has not been considered. In the event such objection has been filed within time and has yet not been considered, the Collector, Jajpur will issue notice to Petitioners as well as Opposite Party No.4 and after giving them a hearing, pass a reasoned order on such objection not later than 6th February, 2023 and the decision thereon be communicated to the parties concerned, within a week thereafter.
