This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the records.

This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail.

Considering the nature of offences alleged against the Petitioners and in view of the fact that Petitioners are in-laws, this Court directs that in the event of arrest of the Petitioners in Sambalpur Mahila P.S. Case No.39 of 2022, they shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer may deem just and proper.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
